This small project had various acoustic elements to consider, which encouraged our participation and creativity. Bespoke Acoustic Interiors were employed initially for consultation purposes as a means of highlighting the potential acoustic issues and processes required to resolve. These elements were dealt with using special finishes, which helped to overcome flanking sound. Primarily, the processes of party wall decoupling and floor isolation helped to overcome the issues which were a major problem for the previous owner.
